Order Processing

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During peak periods, product launches, or promotional events, dispatch times may be slightly extended. If there are significant delays, we will contact you.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free standard shipping within Australia is available on orders over $100 AUD.


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping option.

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided by Australia Post or our courier partners and may be affected by:

  • Public holidays
  • Weather events
  • Peak shipping periods
  • Regional or remote locations

Please note that once your parcel has been handed to the carrier, delivery timeframes are outside our control.


Heat-Sensitive Products

Some of our products (such as cacao) are sensitive to heat.

We recommend selecting a delivery address where the parcel can be received promptly and kept out of direct sunlight, particularly during warmer months.


Shipping Address Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel becomes lost or significantly delayed, please contact us.

We will assist in lodging an investigation with the carrier. Refunds or replacements can only be issued once the carrier has completed their assessment.
