I’ve checked your original purchase and can confirm that the 1kg Ceremonial Cacao was purchased using our subscription option, which is why the second order was processed automatically. A notification is also sent prior to each upcoming subscription order so you have notice before the payment is processed.
Our subscriptions can be cancelled after the second purchase, and customers also have the ability to manage their subscription online.
That said, we completely understand that you weren’t expecting another delivery. Looking after our customers is incredibly important to us, so we have refunded your latest order and made sure there will be no further orders sent to you. We have also cancelled your subscription.
As cacao is a food product, for food safety reasons we don’t accept returns of food items once they have been dispatched. There’s no need to send the cacao back — please keep it, or if you don’t wish to use it, feel free to pass it on to a friend or someone who may enjoy it.
