On stove top

Add 1 tablespoon of our ceremonial cacao in a pot or saucepan
Add a cup of milk of your choice, along with your desired sweetener to taste.
Use a whisk to blend and froth
Pour the cacao into your favourite ceremonial mug or bowl.

Organically grown Peruvian ceremonial cacao, organic carob, organic mesquite, organic wild harvested wattleseed, organic vanilla, organic reishi, organic tremella, organic ashwaganda, organic astragalus.

Reishi - Known as the “Mushroom of Immortality,” this powerful adaptogen supports stress relief and overall wellness.

Astragalus - An ancient herb celebrated for boosting vitality and enhancing the body’s natural defenses.

Ashwaganda - One of the oldest longevity herbs used in India. It’s adaptogenic, supports the nervous system and immune system.
